About Brandi Winans

Brandi Winans, M.B.T.I, CDP, Notary Public,  is an experienced knowledgeable Real Estate Professional for the past 34 years. She was a Senior Associate/Multi-Million Dollar Producer/National Corporate Relocation Specialist, Top Referral Agent and Closing Agent at Lambrecht and Associates. From there, she was recruited by Keller Williams and was a "Train the Trainer" training new agents. Today, she is proud to be a Referral Agent Advisor with Melody Stang Realty.
 
Brandi was married to former NFL Player Jeff Winans who played for Buffalo. Tampa and the Raiders for 30 years and together they formed Day For Or Children in 1992, helping raise funds for terminally ill and neglected children. Jeff passed away in 2012 with stage III CTE.  
 
Some of Brandi's other accomplishments include: Published Author/Speaker, "Princess" 2003 with The Queens Court for her outstanding community Service. Past Guild President of the Boys and Girls Club of The Suncoast, 2005 Woman and Youth Award for her dedication to our youth, Board of Directors 1998-2013, with the Boys and Girls Club of the Suncoast. today, she volunteers as a Transition Coach with Concussion Legacy Foundation and is the Current 2023-2024 President of The Sports Club of Tampa Bay.
