About Alesya Izoita

Alesya Izoita deeply understands Pinellas County after 24 years in the area. Living in the heart of downtown St. Petersburg, she cherishes the walkability, boatability, and vibrant social life unique to "The Sunshine City."

Her real estate journey began with a new-build townhome development in Clearwater, where she saw a raw parcel of land transform into a luxury 32-unit townhome community. As the townhomes went up, Alesya staged the model units and contributed to marketing and leasing efforts, ultimately achieving full occupancy.

With a background as a Prospect Research Specialist and Content Writer, Alesya has honed her research, customer service, and marketing skills. She studied Professional & Technical Writing at Portland State University and holds an Hon. B.A. in English Literature from the University of South Florida.
